Burton Ac 2019 AGM

The 2019 Burton Athletics Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 25^th March 2019 at Marstons Social Club, Shobnall Road, Burton On Trent 20:00pm Start

The Annual report will be followed by the election of officers and the appointment of team managers for the 2019 Track and Field season.

We would like as many of our Athletes and Club members present , as this is your chance to have a say on how your club is being ran and any concerns/Issues or any good ideas you may have to voice them. The more people that we have step forward and fill the roles we have available at the club will only benefit Burton A.C and share the workload on the current Committee, Coaches and Helpers we have.

The Agenda , Chairman’s and Financial report will be made available on the evening.

There are also Discounts on annual membership for Committee Members, Officials, Coaches and Team Managers ( These discounts are subject to specific criteria which will be discussed at the AGM)

We also have funding available for parents and helpers to attend courses to become qualified coaches and officials, Officials are an important part of the club and provide crucial points for the teams. As most parents and helpers attend competitions this maybe something you can help us with. If we have another people interested in becoming an official we can put on a course at Shobnall for those interested and lasts around 5-6 hours , Please let us know if you are interested in becoming and official or a coach.
